Refund Policy

Trial Period

RepDemonApp offers a 30-day free trial for all users:

  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • No payment method required to start
  • Trial automatically ends after 30 days
  • You will be notified before your trial expires

Refund Eligibility

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied:

  • Request a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Your original payment method will be refunded in full
  • No questions asked
  • Trial periods do not count toward the 30-day window

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Trial period access (non-monetary)
  • Partial month subscriptions (monthly plans charged upfront)
  • Subscriptions that have been canceled and re-activated
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase
  • Refunds requested due to user error or forgotten passwords

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Go to SettingsBilling in the app
  • Select the subscription or charge you want to refund
  • Click Request Refund
  • Select your reason from the dropdown
  • Submit the request

OR email support@repdemon.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The subscription or charge date
  • Your reason for requesting a refund

We will respond within 3 business days.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon approval
  • You will lose access to premium features after refund is processed
  • Failed refund requests will include an explanation via email

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • SettingsBillingManage SubscriptionCancel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to the app until your billing period ends
  • No refund is issued for the current billing period

Refund for Billing Errors

If we incorrectly charged you:

  • Contact support@repdemon.app immediately with details
  • We will issue a refund if an error is confirmed
  • Refund processing is expedited for billing errors

Promotional Offers & Discounts

  • Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions are issued at the discounted rate
  • Gift subscriptions and promotional codes are non-refundable
  • Free trial periods cannot be refunded (they're free)

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through RepDemonApp:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • We may pursue recovery of the chargeback fee
  • Future subscription access may be restricted

International Refunds

If you are located outside the United States:

  • Refunds are subject to your local consumer protection laws
  • Exchange rates and currency conversion fees may apply
  • Refund processing time may vary by region

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. For existing subscriptions, policy changes take effect at your next billing date.
